Office 365 CSP Program Explained

Office 365 CSP program is a Microsoft initiative that allows partners to resell Microsoft products like Office 365, Azure and Dynamics 365 by partnering with Microsoft (direct CSP) or a trusted dealer (indirect CSP) that is also a member of the cloud solution provider program. The CSP program has no restrictions in regards to company location, size and competence level. Partners are offered dedicated in-product tools that directly manage, support and provision their customer?s subscriptions. Meaning that partners are allowed to design their unique product, services, and tools and combine them into a monthly or annual customer plan/bill.

Microsoft CSP Program Requirements

To take part in the cloud solution provider program, potential partners are required to provide; customer support and one voice. Customer support is required to ensure that your clients? needs and queries are always addressed on time and professionally. Therefore, your customer support should meet the set industry response and availability standards. One voice is used to provide a single, reliable and straightforward billing for the different cloud services consumed by your customers. Though not a Microsoft requirement, some CSP partners will offer managed services or project implementation in addition to the standard services as a way of generating more revenue.
