  • Support when you need it – With longer hours, we are there when you need us from 8am to 6pm. We can also provide 24/7 support solutions where required.
  • Dedicated contact – Is there anything worse than having to explain the problem all over again to someone different every time you get in touch? We provide a dedicated contact who knows and understands you and your business.
  • Ongoing training – If a staff member leaves or new people need guidance, our training solutions are available to help.

Hours do not carry over into the next month.

Non-break/fix hours can be used for advisory, consultancy, training, system customisation and technical issues.

Pricing for additional support hours: £120.00 per hour

Price does not include VAT.
